Who operates BRENOQA

the BRENOQA service provider identified in your account or applicable legal notices operates this service. This policy explains how information is handled when you create and use a BRENOQA account.

Information we process

We process account and workspace details, the brand content you provide, billing identifiers supplied by Stripe, and privacy-safe usage information such as profile views, link clicks, QR scans, device category and referrer. We do not intentionally collect information that is unnecessary to provide the service.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, provide and secure workspaces, publish requested profile content, process subscriptions, operate analytics, prevent abuse, support users and improve reliability.

Service providers

BRENOQA relies on infrastructure and service providers including Supabase, Vercel, Stripe and, when you choose AI features, OpenAI. Connected social providers receive information only when you deliberately use the relevant connection or publishing workflow.

Retention and control

Your workspace content remains available when a trial or paid plan ends, subject to Free-plan limits. You may update your public content at any time. Account deletion and data requests can be made through the support channel shown inside your account when available.

Security

We use tenant isolation, access controls, encrypted transport and server-side secret handling. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so credentials should be kept private and suspected misuse reported promptly.

Contact

Privacy enquiries can be submitted through the verified support channel shown inside your BRENOQA account.
