Terms of Service

The service
the BRENOQA service provider identified in your account or applicable legal notices provides tools for public brand profiles, links, QR campaigns, content workflows, audience management and related analytics under the BRENOQA brand. Features that depend on third-party approval or credentials are available only when correctly configured.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use only workspaces you are authorised to access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Trials, plans and billing
New qualifying accounts receive seven days of Pro access without a card. After the trial, the workspace remains usable on Free unless a paid plan is activated. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and are managed through Stripe. Applicable prices are shown before checkout.
Your content
You retain responsibility for content and destinations you add. You grant BRENOQA the limited permission needed to host, process and display that content as you direct. You must not publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful material.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass workspace isolation, abuse redirects, distribute malware, interfere with the service, access another customer's data, or use connected providers contrary to their rules.
Availability and third parties
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, OpenAI and social networks operate under their own terms and may change or withdraw capabilities.
Ending use
You may stop using the service or cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal. Downgrading does not automatically delete public-profile data, links or brand assets, although paid-only features may become locked.
Contact
Terms enquiries can be submitted through the verified support channel shown inside your BRENOQA account.
